A striking feature of neurodegenerative disorders is the exquisite specificity of the disease processes for particular types of neurons.
In PD there is extensive the destruction of dopaminergic neurons of the substantia nigra (黑体).
Neural injury in AD is most severe in the hippocampus (海马) and neocortex (新皮层).

帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)又称震颤麻痹,是锥体外系功能紊乱引起的一种慢性中枢神经系统神经退行性疾病,由英国人James Parkinson首次描述。
临床症状:
静止震颤、肌肉僵直、运动迟缓和姿势反射受损,严重患者伴有记忆障碍和痴呆症状。
如不进行及时有效的治疗,病情呈慢性进行性加重,晚期往往全身僵硬,不能活动,严重影响生活质量。

⑴静止性震颤(resting tremor)
⑵肌肉僵直(rigidity):
肌张力增强、运动困难、面具脸
⑶运动障碍(akinesia)
⑷姿势异常(postural dysfunction)
