论企业技术创新中的社会信息及其作用

摘要
在 21 世纪,技术创新是企业提高自身的竞争力的重要手段。在对影响企业技术
创新的因素中,学者们已达成了共识,表明企业技术创新活动是一项有关信息的收
集、整理和加工的过程。
信息可以分为自然信息和社会信息,今天,社会信息的作用是凸显的,但是从
研究来看,专门对社会信息的研究并不多,对企业技术创新中的社会信息研究更少。
因此,本文试图讨论社会信息对技术创新的作用。
文章在回顾已有的对信息理论和企业技术创新过程中的信息的研究基础上,先
分析了企业技术创新过程中存在的具体的社会信息如市场需求信息、社会文化信息、
国家政策方面的社会信息等,借鉴欧阳康教授对社会信息的十大特征,结合技术创
新活动的特点,对技术创新中的社会信息的特征进行了探讨。以当代企业的技术创
新为模型,根据技术的社会形成理论看,当代企业技术创新是社会中具体的社会信息
的形成,结合解释的灵活性、协商机制、结束机制、对称原则等核心概念,从四个
方面进行论证。在第四部分主要谈论的是这些社会信息对当代企业技术创新活动在
不确定性、风险性、创新性等方面的影响,其影响的程度不同于普通信息,并分别结
合案例进行了说明。最后,就我国中小企业对社会信息的利用存在的问题,提出了
几点参考性意见。

Abstract
In the twenty-first century, technological innovation is a main means to improve
enterprise’petitiveness. In the matter of affecting enterprises’ technological
innovation factors, scholars have reached a consensus that the technological innovation
activity is a process of about information collection, collation and processing.
Information can be divided into natural information and social information, today , the
role of the social information is highlighted. But judging from the research , we can find
that the study of social information are not many, in technological innovation research
in information society research less. So, this article try to discuss the role of the social
information to technological innovation has great significance.
In this paper, recalled that the existing theory of information and information in the
process of enterprise technology innovation’s research. First, analyzed what are the
specific social information in the process of the enterprises technological innovation, such
as market demand information, social culture information, national policy and so on.
