基于组织文化认知的我国大学科技园制度创新探讨
摘要
大学科技园制度创新是发展我国高新技术产业的关键。当前学者对大学科技
园制度创新的研究成果丰富。但相关论著或强调大学科技园制度创新的意义;或
借鉴制度经济学的研究成果从宏观上探讨大学科技园制度创新的模式与路径;而
就文化因素对大学科技园制度创新的影响和作用缺乏系统的研究。无庸置疑,文
化因素是大学科技园制度创新中的重要变量,
起着不可忽视的作用。基于此,本文试图借鉴文化学和社会学及管理学的相关理
论,从组织文化的视角对我国大学科技园制度创新作一较系统的探讨,以期能为
研究大学科技园制度创新提供一个新视角,能对我国的大学科技园发展有所帮
助。
本文首先界定了大学科技园组织文化与大学科技园制度创新等相关核心概
念。其次从理论和现实两个层面来探讨大学科技园组织文化和大学科技园制度创
新两个变量之间的基本关系,并由此构建本文的理论分析框架。第三,本文重点
探讨了大学科技园组织文化对包括大学科技园组织形式、组织结构、风险制度等
在内的大学科技园内部制度创新的影响和作用,并就构建何种有利于大学科技园
良性发展的新型大学科技园组织文化进行了思考,提出以新型大学科技园组织文
化为基础,不断推进大学科技园内部各项制度的创新。第四,简单的阐述了如何
营造有利于大学科技园发展的外部环境,最后是本文的总结和对未来大学科技园
的研究方向提出了一点建议。

ABSTRACT
The science & technology park institution innovation is a key for high technology
development in our country. There are many research papers on it. Some scholars are
focused on the significance, some experts analyze the characters of modern science &
technology park institution parative view and urge to establish modern
university institution in China, some others even use institution economic production
for reference to study the pattern and route of science & technology park institution
innovation in macro view. However, few of them studied the role of culture in the
process of science & technology park institution prehensively.
Nevertheless, culture is an important variable on science & technology park
institution innovation; we must attach importance to its effect. Based on it, the essay
uses some theories on Culturology, Sociology and Management for reference; try to
study the science & technology park innovation from a view anization culture. I
hope this new perspective will be useful to high technology development.
