高效液相色谱法测定牛奶中的维生素 C 含量

摘要:建立了高效液相色谱法测定牛奶中的维生素 C 的含量的方法。样品用 mol/L 盐酸常温下超声提取,采用高效液相色谱法,
维生素 C,并与标准系列比较,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果表明,以 mol/L 磷酸二氢钾:甲醇(96:4)为流动相,经 C18
色谱柱分离,回收率为 93%~100%,相对标准偏差为 %~%。本方法灵敏度高,选择性好,操作简便快捷,具有很好的实用价值。

Analysis of Vitamin C Content in Milk by HPLC

Abstract: A rapid method for the determination of vitamin C in milk was developed by high performance liquid chromatography. The
sample was extracted by % hydrochloric acid-ultrasonic extraction at room temperature. Then the samples were analyzed by high-performance
liquid chromatography using mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate: methanol (96:4) as mobile phase on a C-18 column. Results showed
that the sample recovery was 93%~100% and relative standard deviation was of %~%. This method was sensitive, selective, simple and
quick.
