[内容摘要]:远程开放形式下法学课程教学理念,教学模式,教学方法等方面必须较传统上进行全方位的革新,因为法学教育的核心是把培养具有法律操作技能的法律实用人才作为培养的目标。为此,作者认为:在教学理念上,必须贯彻“师生平等交流,教学相长”;“传授知识与培养能力相结合”;“课堂和课外并重”。教学模式是师生互动型教学模式,配以案例教学法、模拟法庭教学法、课堂辩论法等多种教学方法。

Probing of Law Science Teaching Pattern Under Long-Distance Open Education Situation
[Abstract]: Under long-distance open education situation, traditional law science teaching idea, teaching pattern and teaching method should be changed totally, for the core aim of law science education is to cultivate skillfully practical law personnel. To realize it, the author maintains that in teaching idea there should be such meanings as teacher and student municating and teaching and learning both making progress, combination of imparting knowledge and cultivating ability, and equally important both in class and after class. Teaching pattern should be teacher and student mutually participating in, and the teaching methods are case method, simulated court method and debate method.

佛山电大自开展“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”工作以来,全校教职员工都积极投入其中。我作为一名法学教师,主讲本科班的《国际私法》、《合同法》、《国际经济法》等课程,经过几年的摸索, 初步探索出一条远程开放教育下法学课程的教学模式。
一打破传统的法学教育理念
现代远程开放教育意味着完全打破教学时空上的局限,意味着多媒体、网络教育的重要性,这就要求我们对传统的教学理念、模式和方法进行一场深刻的革命。
(一)传统法学教学理念之误识
从法学教育观念上来讲,我们一直比较注重理论方面的教学,注重灌输理论知识,在法学教育人才的培养上,没有把培养具有法律操作技能的法律实用人才作
