[摘要]:目的熟悉片剂制备的基本工艺过程,掌握湿法制粒压片的一般工艺;掌握片剂质量检查方法。方法采用递加稀释法混合均匀,用湿法制粒压片的工艺流程,一般先要经过粉碎,过筛,混合操作。结果吲哚美辛片的外观完整光滑,色泽均匀且有适宜的硬度。结论吲哚美辛片重量差异小,硬度大,符合生产标准。

[Abstract]: Objective familiar with the basic process of tablets prepared to grasp the general process of wet granulation tabletting; grasp the tablet mass screening method. The method uses a sliding scale dilution mixed with wet granulation tabletting process, generally must first go through crushing, screening, mixing operation. Complete results of Indomethacin piece tablets look smooth, uniform color and have the appropriate hardness. Conclusion Indomethacin piece tablets small difference in weight, hardness, in line with production standards.

前言:片剂系指药物与适宜的辅料通过制剂技术制成的片状制剂。湿
法制粒流程如下:
原辅料一粉碎一混合一制软材一制粒一干燥一整粒一压片。
普通天平(马头牌JYT-1),研钵,药筛,鼓风干燥器,单冲压片机,硬度测定仪,脆碎度测定仪,智能溶出仪,紫外分光光度计,比色皿,烧杯,封闭电炉,微孔滤膜(Ф25mm×),滤器,取样器,量瓶,移液管。
吲哚美辛,淀粉,干淀粉,硬脂酸镁等均系药用规格
2. 1处方
乳糖 50g
吲哚镁锌 30g
淀粉浆(8%) 适量
硬脂酸镁
羧***淀粉钠 2g
制成100片
方法将乳糖、吲哚镁锌、羧***淀粉钠混匀。再加10%淀粉浆制成软材,过16目筛制粒,60℃干燥,整粒,加硬脂酸镁混匀,压片。16目筛整粒,
