由胎盘绒毛滋养细胞发生的疾病。

是一种少见的特殊类型的肿瘤

妊娠滋养细胞肿瘤
Gestational trophoblastic tumor :
除葡萄胎以外的上述疾病的总称。滋养细胞疾病绝大部分继发于妊娠,非妊娠性绒癌不属于本章讨论范围。

葡萄胎 hydatidiform mole
(一)Definition 由于胎盘绒毛水肿,形成大小不等的水泡,相互间有细蒂相连成串,如葡萄状故称为葡萄胎或水泡状胎块。是良性疾病,有恶性倾向,是滋养细胞肿瘤的前驱。

发病率 Incidence
欧美国家:1500-2000次妊娠中
有一次葡萄胎。
我国:1238:1(87年26个省统计)
‰。
在我国为常见病,发病都在生育年
龄,故多为中青年妇女。

1. 滋养细胞增生
nests of proliferating syncytiotrophoblastic
or cytotrophoblastic elements surrounding
villi
2. 绒毛间质水肿
edema of the villous stroma
