摘要
本课题是为通用对小孔磨粒流抛光装置的研究,设计小孔磨粒流抛光装置结构。介绍了磨粒流加工技术的原理及磨粒流加工系统的组成;列出其与传统机械加工方法相比具有的优势,并从加工零件的内部处理和外部处理两方面介绍了磨粒流加工技术的应用,具有对零件隐蔽部位的孔及型腔研磨抛光、倒园角的作用,
论文在对磨粒流加工原理充分了解的基础上,深入探讨了磨粒流加工中压力特性及壁面滑动特性对磨粒流加工效果的影响机理,对其中的液压驱动系统进行了研究和设计,应用CATIA三维软件对小孔磨粒流抛光装备进行了总体三维建模和装配,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对小孔磨粒流抛光装备的主要支撑部件及装备总体模型进行了结构静力学分析及模态分析,以确保整个装备的结构合理性,并且能够满足工作时的强度、刚度以及加工精度的要求【1】。
