摘要:目的:探讨选择盐酸多奈哌齐对老年痴呆患者加以治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2014年01月~2016年05月收治的老年痴呆患者89例作为研究对象;安排所有老年痴呆患者家属通过抽签完成分组;对照组:常规治疗;观察组:常规治疗+盐酸多奈哌齐;观察对比MMSE评分以及ADL评分等。结果:在MMSE评分方面,观察组同对照组老年痴呆患者之间凸显差异(P<);在ADL评分方面,观察组同对照组老年痴呆患者之间凸显差异(P<)。结论:盐酸多奈哌齐的有效应用,成功改善了老年痴呆患者的疾病症状,使得患者的MMSE评分以及ADL评分均获得显著改善,值得老年痴呆治疗过程中广泛普及。

【Abstract 】Objective:To study the choice of donepezil HCL alzheimer's patients for clinical effect after :Our hospital from January 2014 to May 2014 treated 89 cases of patients with alzheimer's disease as the research object;Arrange all the senile dementia patients' families by lot were grouped;Control group:the conventional treatment;Observation group:conventional treatment + donepezil HCL;Observe contrast MMSE scores and ADL scores,etc. Results:In terms of MMSE score,highlighting differences between observation group with the control group of alzheimer's patients(P < );In terms of ADL scores,between observation group and control group in alzheimer's patients highlight differences(P < ).Conclusion:The effective application of donepezil HCL,essfully improved the symptoms of alzheimer's patients,making patients of MMSE scores and ADL scores were improved significantly,worth widely spread in the process of alzheimer's disease treatment.
