红单作战法是5S管理中针对整理时出现的较难处理的“不要物品”一种处理工具,对“不要物品”进行挂牌标
示,限期整改处理。所挂之牌因其颜色通常为红色,故称红单。
The red tag campaign is a tool to deal with the difficult goods which is not easy to analysis for unnecessary or not. We will have a red tag for the unnecessary goods and to deal it with within a certain period.
职责Responsibility
5S执委会对红单实施流程负责。
