在销售收入更高成本更低质量更好交付速度更快这四个企业关键成
功要素中中航技上海公司根据自身具体情况和当前外部环境选择质量更好
交付速度更快作为公司的目标并通过对现有进出口业务流程进行重组来实现
这一目标

Of the four factors for enterprise to make ess: more sales e, lower cost, better quality,
swifter delivery, China National Aero-Technology Import and Export pany
(CATIC pany) chooses better quality and swifter delivery as its aim based on its
own internal and external environment. In order to achieve the target, CATIC pany
proceeds Business Process Reengineering for its import and export business.
Chapter I introduces the general information and the business process of pany and
explains the ing of the business process. A plain for the Business Process Reengineering
is drawn up.
Chapter II introduces the management of Resource of customers, Resource modities, and
the retroactive effect.
Chapter III explores the Business Process Reengineering of the agent-import business according
to the target, better quality and swifter delivery.
Chapter IV explores the Business Process Reengineering of the self-export business according to
the target, better quality and swifter delivery.
Chapter V introduces the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for evaluating finance, process, staff
and suppliers, this chapter also explains the ways to analyze the question and improve the
management.
The final chapter summarizes the Business Process Reengineering, and points out the key factors
of essfully practicin
