【摘要】本文通过对墩顶节间钢梁架设施工技术研究,运用预应力+钢结构的墩旁托架受力体系,钢梁在临江面拼装成整节间,顶推至设计位置,通过700吨架梁吊机整孔架设其余节间的施工技术,成功的解决了7000吨级钢梁的假设难题,为类似工程施工提供了一定的借鉴和参考意义。

【abstract】based on the top section of pier between the steel beam erection technology research, the use of prestressed + steel pier next to the bracket by the force system, assembled into a steel beam in the riverside area the entire section between pushing to the design position, through 700 tons crane girder machine set up the entire hole between the remaining section of the construction technology, the essful resolution of 7,000—ton steel beam challenge assumptions, provide for the construction of similar projects and learn from some reference value.

1. 工程概况
(1),按上层公路,下层铁路布置。公路桥技术标准按城市桥梁快速路标准设计,铁路桥梁技术标准为正线四线,客运专线双线,ⅰ级标准设计。货运线按中——活载设计,,,。0#~5#墩为南汊正桥,5#~20#墩为南引桥,0#~028#墩为北引桥。 ,,客运线箱梁重量约1300t,ⅰ级线箱梁重约1260t。
