摘要:采用纤维素酶酶解预处理与乙醇浸提法相结合从苦丁茶中提取总黄酮。通过单因素试验考察酶用量、酶解时间、酶解温度、ph、乙醇体积分数和乙醇用量对总黄酮提取率的影响,优化提取工艺条件。结果表明, mg、 h、酶解温度55 ℃、酶解ph 、体积分数60%的乙醇用量35 ml,%。

extraction of total flavonoids from the leaves of ilex latifolia by cellulase-ethanol method

abstract: total flavonoids were extracted from leaves of ilex latifolia (kuding tea) by cellulase-ethanol method. the effects of cellulose dose, enzymolysis time, temperature, ph, volume fraction of ethanol, and dose of ethanol on yield of total flavonoids were studied by single factor tests so as to optimize the extraction conditions. the results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows, dose of cellulose enzyme, mg per g kuding tea flour; enzymolysis time, h; enzymolysis temperature, 55
℃; ph, ; volume fraction of ethanol, 60%; dose of ethanol, 35 ml per g kuding tea flour. the yield of flavonoids was up to % under these conditions.
