摘要

随着房产市场的不断发展房产测绘工作日益成为房产管理中的重要环节
目前一般的工作流程是由房产测绘工作人员现场测量后进行手工计算整理形
成测绘成果这种方式存在花费时间长工作人员工作量大计算结果容易出错
计算结果需要详细校验成果资料不规范等等诸多不便满足不了当前房测面积
量大时限短要求高的需求因此为减轻测绘计算人员的工作负荷提高工
作效率办事效率实现房产测绘信息共享进一步适应房地产业发展和房地产
产权管理的需要有必要研制一套房产测绘管理信息系统
论文在对房产测绘及其软件开发现状进行充分调研的基础上通过对房产测
绘自身特性的剖析以及对实现房产测绘网络化管理的技术性和经济性两方面的
可行性研究提出了实现房产测绘管理信息系统的系统解决方案论文对系统的
实现提出了具体的方案并已完成了所有功能的软件编程和实验室调试
论文主要解决了以下几个问题
通过认真深入地分析房产测绘网络化管理的需求及其具体内涵再结合对
现代网络系统的体系结构发展趋势的研究提出了实现重庆市房产测绘管理信息
系统的指导思想设计原则并确定了房产测绘单位实施房产测绘网络综合管理
的具体功能
结合房产测绘管理信息系统的功能和计算机应用的现状和发展论文对房
产测绘管理信息系统业务数据流程和物理结构做出了分析研究通过对多方案的
比较提出了系统的逻辑结构进而确定了系统的硬件结构网络设计和软件设计
的方案
论文对实现系统功能的几项关键技术进行了深入地研究尤其对面积计算
和分摊算法以及图形处理技术进行了深入的探讨对房产测绘系统的主要功能模
块进行了分析和设计
在重庆市的房产测绘行业信息化过程中本课题研究的网络设计和软件设
计的系统方案都得到了具体的应用具有较高的推广价值

ABSTRACT

With the continuing development of the Real estate market, the surveying work of
Real estate is ing a very crucial part of the Real estate management. At present,
the general work flow begins from the stage of “real estate survey on the spot by the
surveyer”, following with manual calculating, then reaching the result of survey. This
method costs a long time and a lot of labor. The result needs examining and is easily
wrong and not standard. This can’t satisfy the large area measurement, short time limit
and high requirement. Therefore, in order to reduce the surveyers’ burden, enhance the
working efficiency, the management efficiency, realize the estate information sharing
and further adapt the Real estate industry development and the estate right management,
it is necessary to develop a set of Real estate Surveying management information
system.
On the ground of adequate investigation and research on present situation of Real
estate Surveying and its developing situation, through analyzing the characteristics of
the Real estate Survey, a scheme is introduced to implement the system
