不同剂量葡萄籽提取物抗氧化能力的人群试验

摘要:目的研究不同剂量的葡萄籽提取物软胶囊对人体抗氧化能力的影响。方法选择60~65岁的健康志愿者28人,随
机分为对照组和低、中、高3个剂量组,每组7人,对照组采用空白对照。3个剂量组受试者每天口服相当于原花青素50,
100,150 mg的葡萄籽提取物软胶囊,连续服用1个月。试验前后各测1次血清超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,
SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(maleic dialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果
高剂量组SOD 活性较试验前升高(P<);中、高剂量组GSH-Px活性均高于试验前(P<,P<),高剂量组高
于对照组(P<);中、高剂量组MDA含量均低于试验前(P<,P<),且低于对照组(P<,P<)。
结论服用葡萄籽提取物软胶囊1个月后,中、高剂量组(100,150 mg)具有显著的抗氧化作用。
