摘要目的:建立实时监测异烟肼片溶出过程的方法,并考察不同厂家异烟肼片溶出过程的差异。方法:采用FODT-601 型光纤药物溶出度实时测定仪, 运用自身对照法监测不同厂家异烟肼片的溶出过程。结果:采用本法监测药物溶出的全过程, 同时显示完整的药物溶出曲线图, 并考察不同厂家异烟肼片溶出过程的差异。结论:光纤药物溶出度实时测定法能够有效测定异烟肼的体外溶出度, 并能真实地反映药物溶出的全过程。不同厂家异烟肼片溶出过程存在显著差异。

The Process Monitoring of the Dissolution of armazide Tablets from Different Factories with Fiber-optic Medicine Dissolution Process Rea l Time Test System

ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To establish a feasible processing analysis method for the dissolution test of armazide tablets. And investigate the different dissolution of the tablets from several factories. METHODS: The release processes of armazide tablets were determined simultaneously with FODT2601 fiber-optic medicine dissolution process real time test system. And the parisonmethod was used in data processing. RESULTS: This process analysis can monitor the whole process of drug and get dissolution graph. It can investigate the different dissolution of the tablets from several factories. CONCLUTION: This process analysis can reflect the real dissolution and obtain the total information.
