赏识教育在“后进生”转化过程中的作用研究
【摘要】每位老师都抱有一种美好的愿望,班内的学生有良好的学习生活习惯,有健康的性格,有优秀的品质。可是在教育教学中,总会有一部分令人头疼和棘手的“后进生”,让老师们无所适从。“后进生”在班级体中所占的比例虽然不大但影响不小,他们不仅给老师带来繁重的工作负担,影响学校的教育教学质量,而且也给家庭带来沉重的精神负担,如果得不到正确的引导和管理,甚至会给社会带来许多不稳定因素。因此,探讨“后进生”的特点和教育对策,对教育工作者来说具有特别重要的意义。那么如何使“后进生”得到转变,并保持一种积极的心态学习呢?笔者认为应该依靠赏识教育,赏识教育来源于父母教孩子“学说话、学走路”成功率百分之百的教育现象,是这个教育过程中的“承认差异、允许失败、无限热爱”等奥秘的总结,它以肯定、欣赏的眼光发现学生的闪光点和可贵之处,并给以充分地激励和引导,以实现对学生有效激励作用的“正强化”教育。赏识教育的理论基础主要有:我国国内著名教育家陶行知先生的儿童观、赏识教育的主创者周弘老师的关于赏识教育理论、国外的前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基的“后进生”理论等,它是实施素质教育的一种有效模式,对于转化“后进生”起着重要作用,是我们应该大力提倡和发扬的教育模式!

【Abstract】Every teacher with a good wish, class of students within a good learning habits and customs, have healthy personality, have good quality. But in the education teaching, always have part of the headache and tricky "slow students", let the teachers disoriented. "Slow students" in the class and grade body the proportion of although but not a significant impact on, they not only to the teacher bring heavy work burden, the influence of the school education quality of teaching, but also to bring heavy burden of family spirit, if not the right guidance and management, and even brings to the society many unstable factors. Therefore, to discuss the characteristics of "slow students" and education countermeasure, to education workers is particularly important significance. So how to make "slow students" get change, and maintain a positive attitude of learning? The author thinks that should rely on appreciation education, education from parents to teach children recognition "learning to speak, learning to walk" ess rate one hundred percent of education phenomenon, is the education process of the "acknowledge the differences, allow failure, infinite love" of the mystery of the summary, it in a positive, appreciate the eye found that students who shines and virtue, and to fully incentive and guide to realize the effe
