摘要
荀子“裕民富国”思想是其众多经济思想的一种。该思想建立在荀子重“人事”、强调人的主观能动性,注重在生产过程中尊重并利用自然规律的基础上。荀子“裕民富国”思想主要包括“裕民”与“富国”、实现“上下俱富”以维护地主阶级统治;主张通过重视农业生产和开源节流这两个途径来实现。荀子“裕民富国“经济思在促进经济的全面、协调、可持续发展、倡导社会形成合理的消费观及保障民生方面具有重要的借鉴意义。

Economical theory about people's richness and nantion's strong of Xunzi and its modern value
ABSTRACT
The economical theory about people’s richness and nation’s strong is one of mang thoughts of Xunzi. Xunzi pay a lot attention to people's initiative and advocates to respect and use of natural law in the production process. Based on these thoughts , the economical theory about people’s richness and nation’s strong is established. The economical theory about people’s richness and nation’s strong includes its own unique contents, involving people’s richness with the relation of nation’s strong, the purpose of maintenance of the landlord class rule, exemplifications in Various aspects of social reproduction. We have two ways to realize people’s richness and nation’s strong:give importance to agricultural production, e and reduce expenditure. The economical theory about people’s richness and nation’s strong includes some modern factors about social and economic paper mainly from three aspects tells us the modern value: to promote prehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, advocate social form a reasonable consumption, safeguard people's livelihood.

研究背景和意义
人民的幸福,一直以来是中国人民所不断奋斗的。人民的富裕才能带来国家的富强,我们必须把人民放在首位,必须坚持做到“以人为本”。对儒家思想而言,“仁政”很重要,而荀子作为儒家的代表人物之一,其思想也充满了民本思想,主张借用民众的力量来实现国家的富裕,最终使社会达到“上下俱富”的和谐状
