人文关怀在神经内科中的应用分析

〔摘要〕目的研究人文关怀在神经内科护理工作中的作用。方法比较人文关怀护理组和常规护理组的护理效果。结
果人文关怀护理组的总满意度均明显高于常规护理组,人文关怀护理组患者的 SCL - 90 临床自评量表评分显著低于常规
护理组。结论人文关怀护理可以有效提高护理质量和患者满意度,值得进一步推广应用。

Application Analysis of Humanistic Care in Department of Neurology

Abstract Objective To summarize application experience of humanistic care in the nursing of department of
neurology. Method pare nursing effect of humanistic caring nursing group and routine nursing group. Re-
sults The total satisfaction degree of humanistic care nursing group were significantly higher than that of conven-
tional care group. SCL - 90 scores of humanistic care nursing group were significantly lower than those of conven-
tional care group. Conclusion The humanistic nursing care can effectively improve the quality of care and patients
' satisfaction,thus it is worthy popularized.
