【摘要】目的: 建立人成骨肉瘤高转移细胞亚群SOSPM裸鼠肺转移模型,用亚锡亚甲基二磷酸盐阿霉素脂质体(MDPLADM)进行治疗并观察其疗效. 方法: 建立SOSPM成骨肉瘤裸鼠肺转移模型,制备MDPLADM,经尾静脉注入裸鼠体内,观察其抑瘤作用. 应用高效液相色谱法检测裸鼠肺内阿霉素(ADM)的含量. 结果: MDPLADM对裸鼠肺转移模型具有明显的抑瘤作用,%(). %(). 裸鼠肺内ADM含量MDPLADM组高于LADM组()和ADM组(). 结论: MDPLADM能明显提高ADM对SOSPM成骨肉瘤裸鼠肺转移模型的抑瘤作用.

【Abstract】 AIM: To observe
the therapeutic efficacy of MDPliposome adriamycin on the pulmonary metastatic model in nude mice carrying human SOSPM a. METHODS: The pulmonary metastatic model was made in nude mice carrying human SOSPM a. MDPliposome adriamycin was prepared. The antitumor effect of MDPliposome adriamycin was observed and the content of adriamycin in lungs was determined by highperformance liquid chromatography with luorescence detector. RESULTS: MDPliposome adriamycin exerted obvious antitumor effect on the animal models, with the inhibition rate as 40% (), and the reduction rate of lung wet weight was % (). The content of adriamycin in lungs was higher in MDPliposome adriamycin group than in adriamycin liposome group () and adriamycin group ().
