[摘要] 目的:通过对异位妊娠患者进行血绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)测定,探讨血绒毛膜促性腺激素水平在临床诊治前后的意义。方法:对本院2005年6月~2009年3月住院治疗的98例异位妊娠患者,在治疗前、治疗后用荧光免疫法对β-HCG进行测定,并对结果进行对照分析。结果:异位妊娠患者在治疗前,血清β- mIU/ml,共74例,为成功组;血清β-HCG浓度为1 mIU/ml共24例,为失败组。两组在治疗后7 d血清β-HCG水平下降幅度,%,%。结论:β-HCG检测指标在诊断异位妊娠及指导治疗方案方面具有重要意义。

[Abstract] Objective:By the blood in patients with ectopic pregnancy chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) determination of serum human chorionic gonadotropin levels before and after treatment in the clinical :The hospital from June 2005 to March 2009 during the hospitalization of 98 cases of ectopic pregnancy,before treatment,
