摘要:目的根据黄酮类化合物能与 Al3+ 形成稳定的荧光络合物,建立一种测定榕树叶总黄酮的新方法。方法用60%乙醇加热回流提取榕树叶有效成分,以芦丁为标样,采用荧光分光度法,在波长λ=460 nm下,测定榕树叶中总黄酮含量,并进行加标回收实验,验证方法的准确性。结果线性范围在 0~20 μg・ml1 之间,线性回归方程:Y= 0X+ 3 ,相关系数r= 6 ,%~% ,相对标准差(RSD)=% 。结论该法操作简便、快速、准确,具有良好的分析应用前景。

Determination of Total Flavanoid in Leaves of Banyan by Spectrofluorimetry
Abstract:ObjectiveOn the basis of reaction of total flavanoid with alumimum ion to form fluorescent material,the new method of determining total flavanoid in leaves of banyan was 60% ethanol by continuous themral reflux to extract the banyan leaves,taking rutin as standard sample, selecting wavelength 460 nm with spectrofluorophotometer,determining content of total flavanoid,then inspect the accuracy by recovery range of linearity with concentration of rutin was between 0~20
μg・ml1,linearity relationship Y= 0X+ 3,correlativity was 6,average rate of recovery was %~%, RSD was %.ConclusionThe method was simple ,rapid ,accurate and has bright future on analysis application.
