【摘要】目的观察同期放化疗治疗中晚期鼻咽癌的疗效。方法 100例确诊为中晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为同期放化疗组(A组)50例和单纯放疗组(B组)50例,A组在放射治疗的第1、4周给予2个周期顺铂加5氟尿嘧啶方案化疗;B组只给单纯放射治疗。结果 %(42/50)%(32/50)(χ2=,P<);A组1、%(47/50)、%(36/50),%(44/50)、%(27/50)(χ2=,P>,χ2=,P<);%(4/50)%(13/50)(χ2=,P<);%(7/50)%(16/50)(χ2=,P<)。%(27/50)%(10/50)(χ2=,P<)。结论同期放化疗可以降低远处转移和提高3年生存率,其毒性反应可以耐受,值得在临床中推广。
