操作负载对ADHD儿童视觉工作记忆的影响
【摘要】
目的:探讨操作负载对注意缺陷多动障碍儿童视觉工作记忆的影响。
方法:以符合DSM-IV注意缺陷多动障碍诊断标准的59例10至13岁注意缺陷多动障碍儿童为研究对象,要求男女比率相当,选择的对象为四、五、六年级,且人数相当,其中多动-冲动型(ADHD-II)30例,注意缺陷(ADHD-I)29例,同时按照要求分层抽取30例正常儿童为对照组。运用两个实验:1、编码阶段的加工负载对ADHD儿童视觉工作记忆的影响,2、提取阶段的加工负载对ADHD儿童工作记忆的影响(两个实验都有高低两个负载)。分别测试两组儿童在编码阶段时视觉工作记忆的成绩,在提取阶段时视觉工作记忆的成绩。并进行组间比较和相关分析。
结果:1、实验一结果:混合方差分析表明组别(对照组与ADHD组)主效应显著(p<),ADHD组的广度显著低于正常组;混合方差分析表明条件(高负载与低负载)主效应显著(p<),高负载的广度显著低于低负载;组别和条件的交互作用不显著。2、实验二结果:混合方差分析表明组别(对照组与ADHD组)主效应显著(p<),ADHD组的广度显著低于正常组;条件(高负载与低负载)主效应显著(p<),高负载的广度显著低于低负载;组别和条件的交互作用不显著,只有ADHD组被试在高低负载上有显著差异,而对照组没有差异。
结论:加工负载对ADHD儿童的影响,只体现在产出阶段,而没有体现在编码阶段。

【Abstract】
