Superpave 混合料设计方法在工程中的实际运用
摘要
作者在内蒙古自治区巴拉贡-新地-麻黄沟高速公路的工程实践中,对
Superpave 混合料设计方法进行了实际运用。本文通过对 Superpave 混合料设计方
法产生的背景和原理进行分析,并与现行马歇尔混合设计方法进行比较,通过实
际的选材与混合料配合比设计及热拌混合料施工,得出 Superpave 混合料设计方
法的一些研究成果及施工质量控制方法,以能将 Superpave 混合料设计方法运用
于工程施工与管理实际,更好地指导生产。该论文研究目的是揭示 Superpave 混
合料设计方法的特点和优点,意义是能有效指导施工,结论是对现行马歇尔混合
料配合比设计方法进行一些补充和完善。其根本成果就是从理论与实践中对
Superpave 混合料设计方法进行较全面的试验并经验证,该方法是优越的和可取
的。

SUPERPAVE BLEND DESIGN METHOD
IN PROJECT ACTUAL UTILIZATION
ABSTRACT
The author in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Para balagong –xindi -
mahuanggou highway project practice, has carried on the actual utilization to the
Superpave blend design method. This article through studying ang analyzing the
background and the principle pares to the Superpave blend design method
carries on the analysis, and carries on parison with the present Marshall mix
design method, through the actual selection and the blend mixture design and the hot
mix construction, obtains the Superpave blend design method and some research
resultses and the construction quality control method, by can the Superpave blend
design method utilization project construction and the management reality, instructs
well the production. This paper research goal is promulgating the Superpave blend the
characteristic and the merit in design methods, the significance can effectively instruct
the construction, the conclusion will carrie on some supplements and the consummation
to the present Marshall blend mixture ratio design method. Its basic achievement has
carried on a prehensive experiment from the theory and in the practice to the
Superpave blend design method and passes through the confirmation, this method is a
superior and available one.
