摘要
供应链管理是一种新的管理理念,它是企业交易伙伴共同承诺一起紧密合作,
并高效地管理供应链中的信息流、物流和资金流,以期在付出最少总成本的前提下,
为消费者或顾客带来更多的价值。实施供应链战略可以降低成本、缩短提前期、提
高服务水平。以资源的快速流动和结合为特点的高科技企业,其产品寿命周期或价
格变化往往只有半年或几个月,因而更需要建立能够对市场需求做出快速反应的供
应链,实施供应链管理。
本论文从选题背景出发,综述了国内外供应链管理的研究现状,阐述了论文研
究的目的和意义;随后,论文简要介绍了飞讯科技公司的基本情况,分析了飞讯科
技公司供应链管理的现状及其存在的问题,主要是:销售预测准确率低;与主要原
材料供应商之间没有形成战略伙伴关系;多品种、小批量、生命周期短的产品生产
特点增加了原材料采购的难度和库存风险;信息孤岛,集成化程度低。接着,论文
阐述了飞讯科技公司实施供应链管理的意义与作用。在此基础上,论文设计了飞讯
科技公司实施先进供应链管理的方案,主要包括:基于供应链的新产品开发流程设
计、供应链网络结构设计、战略伙伴选择以及供应链契约设计。最后,论文讨论了
飞讯科技公司实施供应链管理应注意的五个关键问题:观念的转变、信息技术的应
用、强化企业物流系统的建设、制定合理的业务外包策略以及构建合适的供应链绩
效评价体系。

Abstract
Supply chain management is a new idea, and business partners cooperate to bring
more value to their customer with less cost by managing the information, material and
cash flow effectively. Supply chain management is the trend of the enterprise management,
which would reduce cost, shorten preparing period and improve service quality. The
hi-pany where resource fast mobile bined, life cycle of the
product or price change are half of year or a few months, Thus it needs to establish the
supply chain which can make the rapid reaction to the market demand to implement
supply chain management.
This thesis studies on implementation of supply chain management in Feixun
Technologies Co., Ltd. From the selected thesis background, the article analyzes SCM
current status. And then introduces the Feixun Technologies Co., Ltd, analyzes the
company’s current SCM and problems: The accuracy rate of sale forecast is low; It has not
established the strategic partnership with the main raw material suppliers; The
characteristics of multi-varieties, small batch, short product life cycle short characteristic,
increase raw material purchase difficulty and the stock risk; As well as the isolated
information island, the integrated degree is low. And
