基于接驳的慢行交通一体化研究

摘要
随着以人为本、和谐社会、可持续发展战略的提出,环境质量的恶化,交通负
荷的进一步加重,慢行交通的社会性和和谐性已开始显得越来越重要。然而慢行交
通系统一直没有建立起来,交通弱势群体的安全问题也没有得到足够的重视。
本文首先定义了慢行交通的内涵,介绍了国内外对慢行交通的研究现状,通过
对慢行交通特性的分析,指出慢行交通具有节能环保、灵活方便、占空间较小、健
身和营造“适宜的居住环境”氛围四大主要共同特性,于是慢行交通一体化的规划
设计成为可能。从慢行交通共同特性可以得知:慢行交通主要是用于短距出行,而
在长距离应该限制,这种交通模式与未来大力倡导的 TOD 模式之间存在较强互补性,
既快速大容量公交(TOD&BRT)+慢行交通系统是交通发展的方向。基于接驳的慢行
交通一体化应运而生。
基于接驳的慢行交通一体化包括线网一体化、交叉节点一体化、停车场站一体
化、语言指示标识一体化。根据一体化的理念,划分慢行交通系统区块范围,构建
慢行交通专用道路网体系,合理衔接慢行交通区域内与区域间的交通。特别是提出
了一种基于慢行交通一体化设计的慢行通道和交叉口过街新方法,保证了慢行交通
出行的连通性以及慢行交通出行的安全、快捷、方便。
最后以武汉南湖花园社区为例进行慢行交通一体化构想。但由于实际情况的复
杂性,特别是各个城市的特殊情况,所以城市慢行交通一体化的发展还需要进一步探
讨和研究。

Abstract
With humanism, harmonious society, the strategy of sustainable development
proposed, the deterioration of environmental quality, further aggravating the traffic load,
slow traffic along the social and political nature has started to e increasingly
important. However, slow traffic system has not been established, the traffic safety of
vulnerable groups also did not receive sufficient attention.
This paper defines the content of slow traffic, introduced at china and abroad to slow
traffic on the status quo, to slow traffic through the analysis of that slow traffic along with
energy conservation and environmental protection, flexible, accounting for less space, and
create a fitness "Suitable living environment" atmosphere of the four mon
characteristics, slow traffic integration of the planning and design was became possible.
From the slow traffic along mon characteristics can be learned: the slow traffic is
mainly used for short-range travel, and in the long-distance should be limited, such modes
of transport and the future vigorously promote the TOD model exists between the strong
complementarity, both big capacity &fast Bus (TOD & BRT) + slow traffic
