摘要
物流外包是企业优化资源配置和提高核心竞争力的有效运作模式。在我国,
制造企业既是主要的经济支柱,又是物流业发展的原动力,制造企业实施物流外
包能带来怎样的效益以及如何衡量其效果越来越受到关注,因此需要建立一套制
造企业物流外包后的绩效评价指标体系,并确定相应的绩效评价方法,客观、科
学的反映物流外包给制造企业带来的效益,为制造企业物流外包提供理论依据。
本文首先论述了制造企业物流外包绩效评价的研究背景和意义、国内外研究
现状及物流外包与绩效管理的理论;其次,系统分析了物流外包绩效的影响因素,
阐述了建立指标体系应遵循的原则,按照平衡计分卡方法构建了包含四个维度的
制造企业物流外包绩效评价指标体系,并对各维度所选指标进行了详细阐述;再
次,建立了物流外包绩效投影寻踪综合评价模型,运用基于信息熵的改进蚁群算
法对投影指标函数进行了优化,并以某企业为例对企业物流外包绩效进行了综合
评价;最后,在对企业物流外包绩效管理中存在的问题进行分析的基础上,提出
了提高企业物流外包绩效水平的对策与措施。

Abstract
Abstract
Logistics outsourcing is the effective operating model to optimizing the resources
of enterprise and improving the petence of enterprise. The manufacturing
enterprises as the main pillars of economic growth, its logistics is a ponent of
enterprise logistics. How to measure the performance of logistics outsourcing have
already been a new problem in front of manufacturers. Therefore, manufacturing
enterprise need to establish a performance evaluation system for logistics outsourcing
and determining the method of performance evaluation, scientific and objective reflect
the benefits of logistics outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises, provide a theoretical
basis for outsourcing in manufacturing enterprises.
Firstly, this paper describes the research background and significance, the related
theories of logistics outsourcing performance evaluation. Secondly, analysis the
influence factors of logistics outsourcing performance evaluation, describes the
establishment's principle and builds the evaluation index system of logistics outsourcing
performance according to the balanced scorecard. Thirdly, build the evaluation system
based on ACO-PPA to evaluate the logistics outsourcing performance bining the
example, and analysis the evaluation results. Lastly, points out the problems of the
example, then put forward the relate
