六西格玛质量管理方法在锂电制造业中的应用研究

摘要
作为先进质量管理体系——6Sigma 质量管理体系已被很多国际大公司推进并取
得巨大的收益,目前越来越多的中国企业已推进或准备推进 6Sigma 质量管理体系,
6Sigma 作为在质量管理领域产生的一种先进的理念和方法,其对于产品质量和制造
水平的提升非常有效。而锂电制造在制造业中有较强的代表性和分析价值。因此,
在锂电制造业中推进 6Sigma 对“世界工厂”中具
有较强的借鉴和推广意义。
论文首先介绍了企业和行业、锂电产品及制造工艺、六西格玛的基础理论及工具,
说明选题的内容、背景、研究意义。其次,论文针对锂电制造业论述推进六格玛管
理的可行性和必要性,并重点就推进六西格玛的组织架构和制度保证进行阐述,介
绍了项目选择、项目评价、项目成果保持与分享等推进六西格玛工作的主要内容。
接着,论文选取一个较典型的锂电六西格玛项目案例进行全面介绍。对项目各阶段
的主要内容、总体架构、主要工具的使用方法进行说明,并在案例中对六西格玛项
目运作模式进行描述。最后,进一步阐述了六西格玛在其它行业中推广方向和推进
六西格玛应注意的主要问题,为其它企业推进六西格玛管理体系提供一些有价值的
建议和参考。希望越来越多的中国企业能导入这种先进的变革工具,提高中,提升产品竞争力,提高中国产品在国际市场上的竞争优势。

6 Sigma has been implemented in many big panies. At the same time,
6 Sigma has brought a lot of benefits to panies which has been implemented it. At
present more and more Chinese enterprises has accepted 6 Sigma quality management
system and they are ready to implement it. 6 Sigma is regarded as one kind of advanced
concept and methodology on quality management system. It can efficiently improve the
product quality and manufacturing. China is described as a world manufacturing
base. Implementing 6 Sigma in Lithium battery manufacturing industry is believed to
assist improving the product quality and production of the whole manufacturing industries
in China.
At first this paper introduces the lithium battery product, the process and the general
knowledge of 6 Sigma. The study content, background and purpose are summarized. The
purpose of this paper is proposed based on the lithium battery manufacturing and 6 Sigma.
The main objects and contents are introduced this paper discusses the feasibility
and necessaries for the lithium battery manufacturing industry to implementing 6 Sigma.
The concern is given to anization structure and procedure. Project selection,
