新疆高校音乐教师专业化现状的调查与研究

中文摘要
教师专业化是现代教育的重要标志。提高教师专业化水平是世界各国
教师教育的共同目标。作为服务于基础音乐教育和培养专门音乐表演艺术
人才的的高校音乐教师是教师的教师,理应走在专业化的前列,为教师专
业化发展探寻可供参考的经验或范式。
笔者通过对新疆师范大学音乐学院、新疆艺术学院音乐学院、新疆教
育学院艺术分院音乐系等七所高校音乐院系进行实地调查,系统地分析与
研究音乐教师专业化现状和存在的问题,并提出新疆高校音乐教师专业化
发展的意见和建议,希望对促进新疆高校音乐教师专业化发展有所帮助。
本文除结语外,共分三个部分:
第一部分阐述专业、专业化、教师专业化等相关概念及国内外音乐教
师专业化研究现状和本文的研究方法。
第二部分从音乐教师的专业情意、专业知识、专业能力、专业合作、
专业发展、在职继续教育等方面对新疆高校音乐教师专业化现状进行调查。
第三部分对新疆高校音乐教师专业化现状及存在的问题进行系统分
析。针对具体存在的问题,对新疆高校音乐教师专业化发展提出相应的意
见与建议。

Abstract
Teacher professionalization is the important symbol of modern education.
Enhancing the level of teacher professionalization is the goal of the teacher
education all over the world. University music teachers who provide service for
basic music education and cultivate professional performers are the teachers’
teachers. As a matter of fact, they should be in the first rank of the
professionalization. They will explore the referential experience and models for
the development of teacher professionalization.
Through the investigation of music departments of 7 universities in Xinjiang,
including Xinjiang Normal University, Xinjiang Music College and Xinjiang
Education College and etc., this paper systematically analyzed and investigated
the current situation and exsisting problems of music teachers’
professionalization. It also put forward some opinions and suggestions for the
the development of the music teachers’ professionalization in Xinjiang
universities. It hopes that it will be helpful for promoting its development.
The paper can be divided into 3 parts except for the conclusion part:
Part One clarifies some basic concepts such as profession,
professionalization, teacher professionalization and the current situation of
music teachers’ professionalization in China and abroad. It also states the
