摘要:目的:探索调肝益气通络方对大鼠骨髓间充质干细胞(MSC)增殖能力。方法:腹腔
l4-橄榄油”混悬液制备 WISTAR 大鼠(35 只)肝纤维化模型;其中 30 只灌胃给予
调肝益气通络方(低、中、高剂量)一个月,制备含药血清;另外 5 只用于 MSC 细胞的分离
与培养;用含药血清诱导 MSC 向肝细胞的分化连续 14 天;在各检测点进行形态学观察通过
MTT 对细胞增殖情况进行评价,通过 Western Blot 检测诱导第 7 天、第 14 天甲胎蛋白的表
达程度。结果:各浓度含药血清在加入 1-14 天后,其细胞数量均比常规培养组增多,并
同用药剂量,时间呈正比;诱导 14 天后高剂量组甲胎蛋白呈强阳性表达。结论:调肝益气
通络方对大鼠骨髓间充质肝细胞的增殖能力具有显著的促进作用,并可促进甲胎蛋白的分
泌。

14 days; morphology was observed in the detection and cell proliferation was evaluated by MTT,
Detected by Western blot induce the expression of alpha-fetoprotein 7 days and 14 : The
concentration of serum containing added 1 --14days, the number of cells than conventional culture
group increased, and proportional to the same dose, the greater the concentration, the more the number
of cells, the number of cells over time and increasing,14 days after the induction of high-dose group
was strongly positive expression of alpha-fetoprotein. Conclusion: Tiaogan Qi Tong Luo side has a
significant role in promoting the proliferation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal quality hepatocytes,
And it may contribute to the secretion of alpha-fetoprotein.
