摘要:采用原子荧光光度计测定进口大米中的无机砷和总砷含量,采用 ICP-MS 测定进口大
米中的总砷含量,并研究按 GB -2003 中规定的方法测定进口大米中的无机砷含量时,
大米中含有的有机砷对无机砷含量测定的影响。目前,进口大米中均能检测出一定量的无机
砷,无机砷含量满足我国粮食卫生标准对无机砷的限量要求,但少量进口大米中无机砷的含
量很接近限量值,值得关注。

Abstract: This paper determines anic arsenic levels in imported rice by atomic fluorescence
spectrometry, and an effective way has also been established for the determination of total arsenic
content by atomic fluorescence spectrometry and ICP-MS. Adopting Chinese national standards GB/T
-2003 method, influence anoarsenic species in rice on the determination of abio-arsenic
levels is investigated. An analysis of imported rice shows the level of detection for abio-arsenic
conforms to Chinese hygienic standard of grains at present, however, it is noteworthy that some
imported rice is nearly in accordance with the maximum limits of As. in the state criterion.

0 引言
砷是一种广泛分布于自然界的元素,而砷及其化合物作为全球重点监测的 30 类污染物之
一,被国际癌症研究机构(IARC)确认为致癌物[1]。所以,对进口大米中的砷含量进行检
测,确保进口大米中的砷含量符合我国相关卫生标准,对保障我国的食品安全有着十分重要
