实物期权在船舶企业固定资产投资决策中的应用研究

摘要
船舶工业是资本密集型、劳动密集型以及技术密集型且投资风险较大的大型制造
产业,同时是为航运业、海洋开发及国防建设提供技术装备的综合性产业,对钢铁、
石化、轻工、纺织、装备制造、电子信息等重点产业发展和扩大出口具有较强的带动
作用。船舶工业受国际金融危机影响,国家将船舶工业作为十大振兴产业,并及时出
台《船舶工业调整和振兴规划》,可见船舶工业在我国经济发展中占据着重要的地位。
本文的研究工作将有助于实物期权理论引入到我国船舶企业固定资产投资决策评
价中,丰富、完善其项目投资规范和方法体系,从而能够准确地、全面地评价船舶企
业固定资产投资项目的价值和风险,做出更加科学合理的决策。
本文是以船舶企业固定资产投资决策为研究对象,首先对我国船舶工业发展现状
及固定资产投资决策相关知识进行了概述,内容包括我国船舶工业经济运行及基本竞
争态势、船舶企业固定资产投资决策概述、传统评价方法和实物期权的相关原理的详
细介绍及对比。
然后是构建船舶企业实物期权应用框架,提出了船舶企业应用实物期权方法的假
设;分析不同的类型投资的所具有的期权特性,并给出船舶企业应用实物期权的方法
的具体步骤和参数的确定方法。
最后结合某船舶企业的固定资产投资项目作实证分析研究。
同时,在论文最后还总结了论文的不足之处和今后进一步的研究方向。

Astract
Abstract
Shipbuilding industry is a large manufacturing industry, capital-labor-technology
intensive and risky investment. Besides, the shipbuilding industry is prehensive
industry, it provide technology and equipment to shipping, ocean development and national
defense, has a strong leading role to steel, petrochemical, light industry , Textile, equipment
manufacturing, electronic information and other key industry is
affected by the international financial crisis, the introduction of "ship industrial restructuring
and revitalization plan, "shows that the shipbuilding industry occupies an important position
in China's economic development.
This research work will contribute to real options theory into China's shipbuilding
enterprises fixed assets investment evaluation and decision making, rich the regulate and
improve its investment methodology, which can accurately prehensively assess the
shipbuilding enterprise fixed assets investment projects value and risks, and making more
scientific and rational investment decision.
In this paper, the fixed assets investment decision is the research object. Firstly, focus
