随着社会主义市场经济的建立和发展,越来越多的温州异地商会成立和发展起来,遍布于各个全国各个省市,在行业自律管理、协调各方关系、提供信息服务、开展商务活动、维护市场秩序和行业整体利益以及社会稳定方面,越来越发挥着政府或是其他组织机构都难以替代的作用。
但同时,也有诸多制约因素影响温州商会的发展,通过对上海温州商会的调查,结合过往学者的研究成果。笔者提出以下几个制约异地温州商会发展的因素:一是社会意识形态上对商会的认识上的误区,二是商会的政治依附性,三是商会职能发挥不全面等因素。并在此基础上,提出促进异地商会进一步发展的措施,一是转变观念,提高认识,二是加强商会自身建设,完善商会组织,三十加强商会立法,督促商会依法办事等措施。

Abstract
with the development and establishment of the socialist market, more and more wenzhou allopatric chamber merce is deverloping, covering all up various provinces and municipalities. In the self-discipline management, coordinates the relations, providing information services, conducting business activities, the maintenance of market order and the interests of the whole trade and social stability, chamber has played irreplaceable role than a government or anizations.
But at the same time, there are also many restricting factors influence the development of wenzhou chamber merce, through the investigation of Shanghai wenzhou chamber merce, combined with the past academic research results, The author puts forward the following several restricts the development of wenzhou chamber of different factors: One is the social ideology in the understanding of chamber merce on the erroneous zone, second is the chamber's political dependence, third is chamber merce functions is prehensive, and other factors. And on this basis, put forward to promote further development of different chamber merce is changing concept, a measures, improve the understanding, 2 it is to strengthen self-construction and perfect chamber chamber merce, thirty strengthen chamber merce, urged chamber merce legislative measures in accordance with the law.
