自从彼得·杜拉克首次提出“知识员工”的概念后,企业就开始重视知识型员工的激励策略。在21世纪的知识经济时代,知识和技能在企业中占据越来越重要的位置,知识和技能的拥有者——知识型员工的表现将成为决定企业效率高低、发展快慢的关键所在。使每位员工始终处在良好的激励环境中,是企业追求的理想状态。知识员工与非知识员工有所不同,在激励制度中应区别对待。我国许多企业在知识型员工激励中并没有针对性,存在一些问题。
本文对知识型员工的特点进行分析,并提出几点关于知识型员工激励方式的改进建议,希望企业能根据自身特点,制定适合自己企业知识型员工的激励制度,并有效实施。以此来减少企业中知识型员工的流失,并使知识型员工得到满足,为企业创造更多的利润。
本文针对A企业中知识型员工分析现有的激励机制,对激励现状的分析,通过分析找出现激励机制的不足及存在的缺陷,并找出激励效果不佳的原因。通过对知识型员工激励的分析及案例分析,针对A公司提出几点提高激励知识型员工的有效方法。

Abstract
Peter Drucker for the first time since the "knowledge workers", the business has never been so great importance to a knowledge-based strategy for incentives for employees. In the 21st century knowledge-based economy, knowledge and skills in the enterprise to occupy an increasingly important location, knowledge and skills of the owner —— the performance of knowledge workers will be deciding the level of efficiency, speed the development of the key. So that each employee is always in a good incentive environment, the pursuit of the ideal state of the enterprise. Knowledge workers and non-knowledge workers are different, the incentive system should be treated differently.
