文档介绍：建设工程合同价格调整研究生:陈敏导师:沈杰副教授东南大学土木工程学院摘要建设工程实施过程中,合同价格的调整不可避免,而且往往是合同争议的焦点。在《建设工程1:程量清单计价规范》《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》与现行的建设Tj程施工合同示范文本的不配套,将会在实施过程中可能产生诸多争议,本文结合《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》与现行的建设工程施工合同示范文本,从合同价格调整角度出发,深入探讨了合同价格调整的两个重要因素“物价风险”和“工程变更”的具体价格调整方法。本文首先讨论了合同价格及合同价格调整等相关概念,结合建设工程施工合同示范文本和《建设T程工程量清单计价规范》,整理了建设工程中的合同价格调整因索,并进行了分类。笔者认为,减少合同价格调整成本的关键在于完善相关合同条款。鉴于我国造价信息发布体制的不完善,本文还讨论了价格调整的基础信息,结合目前我国的造价信息发布方式构建了比较容易操作的造价成本指数的格局。通过比较各种调价方法及对我国工程造价管理体制改革的分析,本文认为运用调价公式调整物价风险是发展趋势,详细讨论了调价公式各参数及调价基数的确定,提出了确定调价公式各参数的注意事项。,结合《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》提出了对于]:程变更的直接成本确定的方法与程序。,并完善了调整物价风险、确定工程变更价款的有关合同条款。关键诃:合同价格、台同价格调整、物价风险、工程变更 CoNTRACT PIUCE ADJUSTMENS oF CoNSTRUCTION PROJECT Specialty Management Science andEngineering Graduate Student Chen Min Supervisor Associate Professor Shenjie College ofCivil Engineering,Southeast University Abstract During the process ofconstruction,the contract priceadjustments can’t be avoided,and itisusually thefocus of contract criterion ofBillof quantities forConstruction project willbeproduced soon,but there aremany conflicts between theConditions ofContract forConstruction project andCostcriterionofBill ofquantities forConstruction author discusses themost two important factorsof contract modity price riskandvariationsandgive out theevaluation methods ofnlem.
