[摘要] 近年来,我国服装业获得了飞速发展,成为世界上第一服装生产大国和出口大国。但随着世界纺织品配额的取消以及我国出口退税政策的新调整,我国服装出口面临着严峻的考验。宁波、杭州、温州作为我国服装生产和出口的三大地区,如何在严峻的挑战下积极应对显得尤为重要。为此,本文通过对宁波、杭州、温州三地服装出口竞争力的比较分析,来挖掘三地各自的优势并找出其不足,从而采取有效的对策以加快三地服装产业发展并提高其出口竞争力。
本文共分四部分:第一部分简要分析了我国服装产业的发展和其出口状况;第二部分分别对宁波、杭州、温州三地的服装产业发展状况进行了分析,并进一步指出三地服装产业发展所具有的特色及其有利条件;第三部分在分析宁波、杭州、温州三地服装出口现状基础上,通过国内出口份额和Hirschman指数重点分析了三地服装各自的出口竞争力,发现三地服装出口竞争力都不断提高,但总体上看宁波服装出口竞争力强于杭州和温州;第四部分在上述分析基础上提出了加快提高三地服装出口竞争力的对策建议。

Abstract:The clothing industry has obtained rapid development in recent years and es the biggest producing and export country in the world. But with the textile quota cancelled as well as the country exportation tax reimbursement policy adjusting, the clothing export is facing the stern test in China. It is very important to deal with the stern challenge for Ningbo, Hangzhou and Wenzhou, as three big areas of clothing production and export in China. Therefore, this pares with the petitiveness of the clothing products in Ningbo, Hangzhou and Wenzhou and excavates their respective superiority and discovers their insufficiency, thus takes the effective countermeasures unceasingly to promote their clothing industry development and enhance petitiveness.
It consists of four parts. Firstly, it briefly analyses the clothing industry development and export condition in China. Secondly, it analyzes the clothing industry development condition in Ningbo, Hangzhou and Wenzhou respectively, and points out their respective characters and advantages. Thirdly, it puts emphasis parative analysis the petitiveness of the clothing products in three places by domestic export portion and Hirschman index on the basis of analyzing export of the clothing products in three places. Finally, it brings forward the countermeasures to enhance the clothing petitiveness in three places.
