中国上市公司高管薪酬与公司绩效的相关性研究

摘要
在现代企业中高层管理人员是企业的核心决策层担负着包括战略管理
在内的一系列重大决策的职责对企业的发展起着关键的作用优秀的高层管
理人员已经成为企业间激烈争夺的对象合理的薪酬具有提高企业绩效激励
高管创造价值的作用
本文采用描述性统计分析和假设检验分析的方法对我国上市公司高管人员
薪酬与公司绩效之间的关系进行了实证性研究通过研究本文得出以下结论
1 上市公司总体高管薪酬与公司绩效相关性显著且两者之间线性关
系显著
2 考虑上市公司的规模后发现上市公司规模越大高管薪酬越高
但对公司绩效的影响反而越小
3 考虑上市公司的国有股份比例后发现上市公司高管薪酬与公司绩
效相关性显著部分国有控股公司的高管薪酬对公司绩效影响最大国有控股
公司次之非国有控股公司的影响最小
4 考虑上市公司行业竞争环境后发现竞争环境强的上市公司高管薪
酬对于公司绩效的影响要大于竞争环境弱的公司
5 考虑上市公司所在地区经济情况后发现地区经济越发达高管薪
酬对于公司绩效的影响越小
6 对于不同行业的上市公司除了建筑业电力煤气及水的生产和
供应业信息技术业和制造业公司外其余行业的高管薪酬与公司绩效并无显
著相关性

Abstract
In the modern enterprises, the top managers are the key policy-makers who take
on the responsibilities of making some significant policies including strategic
management. They play a core role in the development of enterprise. Excellent top
executives have been targets whom peting for intensively. Reasonable
compensation has such functions as raising achievements and encouraging
creativities.
This paper studies the relationship between the salary of top managers and
enterprise’s achievements by using statistical description analysis and hypothesis
testing analysis. It draws the following conclusions;
Overall, there is a significantly positive relationship between the top executive
salary and the pany’s performance. And they have a significantly linear
relationship.
By considering the scale of corporations, the larger the panies are, the
higher the top executives pay is. And pany size increases, pany's
executive pay impacts on performance smaller.
By considering the proportion of the state-owned shares in the pany,
part of state-owned pany executives pay the greatest impact pany
performance, followed by the state-owned panies, non-state-owned
pany of minimizing the impact.
