格力电器供应链竞争优势研究
摘要
空调行业在中国己成为竞争最为激烈的行业之一,也是最为成熟的
行业之一。在激烈的市场竞争中,涌现了一批知名品牌空调企业,如格
力、美的、海尔、科龙、格兰仕、奥克斯、志高等。在这些知名品牌当
中,其中市场领导者是格力,其市场占有率14年稳居国内第一,家用空
调产销量连续4年位居世界第一。
格力成功究竟是归因为哪些竞争优势呢?本文以“21世纪的竞争将
是供应链与供应链之间的竞争”的理念作为出发点,从格力的供应链管
理实务切入,进行研究分析。
本文首先对供应链和供应链管理的理论进行了阐述,并分析了目前
国内供应链管理发展现状,同时引入竞争优势理论。接着对格力电器发
展历程和业绩做了回顾、并分析格力所处的空调行业的竞争现状。通过
深入分析格力供应链管理理念、方法和手段,对格力的供应链竞争优势
进行了梳理。最后提出空调行业供应链竞争优势评价指标体系,并与格
力主要竞争对手美的进行分析比较,归纳总结出格力的供应链竞争优势。
希望本文的研究,能够为国内空调企业或是其他制造业企业提供一
些启示,在今后日益激烈的市场竞争中,更加重视构筑供应链竞争优势,
不断提升供应链管理能力,打造出真正的世界名
牌。使“中国制造”变为“中国创造”的梦想变为现实。

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE STUDY OF
GREE SUPPLY CHAIN
ABSTRACT
Air conditioning industry is one of the petitive and well
developed industries in China. Competing intensively with other major
players such as Medea、Haier、Kelon、Galanz、AUX and Chigo, Gree
gradually became the market leader, topping the domestic market in the past
14 years, as well as the international market for four consecutive years.
What are Gree’petitive advantages which made it so essful in
this pletive market? Basing on monly accepted concept,
“petition among supply chains will e major in 21th century”,
the following discussion analyse Gree’s practices in supply chain
management.
The article first explains the theories of supply chain management,
following by an in depth study of the status of supply chain management in
China, and introduces the concept petitive advantage theory. The
article analyses petition in the air conditioning industry by reviewing
Gree’s history and its achievements.
Basing on the summaries of Green’petitive advantages in supply
chain in terms of concepts, methodologies and best practise, the article
establishes a valuation system petitive advantages from supply chain
