河南中烟工业公司发展战略研究

摘要
河南中烟工业公司成立于 2003 年,2006 与所属新郑烟草(集团)公司、许昌卷
烟总厂、郑州卷烟总厂合并重组,实现了一体化运作。当前,受全球金融危机的影
响,宏观经济形势正发生深刻变化,河南中烟持续发展的压力越来越大,正面临一
系列新情况、新问题和新挑战。因此,有必要根据新的情况,制定发展战略规划,
为企业的长期生存与发展做出未来一定时期内的方向性、整体性、全局性的定位、
发展目标和相应的实施方案,引领企业应对激烈变化、严峻挑战的经营环境,实现
快速发展。
本文着眼于未来五年发展,应用管理学、营销学等理论知识,首先从政治法律、
经济发展、社会环境和技术发展等四个方面对企业外部环境进行了分析,同时还运
用五力分析模型、SCP分析等方法对整个烟草行业进行详细分析,得出了企业在外部
环境方面存在的机遇和挑战。其次,运用内部发展经验分析、竞争力分析、资源和
能力分析、产品组合分析等方法,对企业内部竞争能力进行分析,得出企业的主要
竞争优势和竞争劣势。最后,运用SWOT分析方法,结合企业外部环境中存在的机遇
和威胁以及企业的优势和劣势,得出下一步企业快速发展的具体措施。在分析的基
础上,规划出企业未来五年的发展战略,提出了三项具体实施措施,为企业总体战
略的实现提供了坚实的保障。

Abstract
China o Henan Industrial Corporation ,which was founded in 2003 and
amalgamated with its Xinzheng o (Group) Corporation, Xuchang General Cigarette
Factory and Zhengzhou General Cigarette Factory in 2006, achieved the integrated
operation. At present, being influenced by the global financial crisis, the macroeconomic
situation is undergoing profound changes, And Henan Industrial Corporation, under the
growing pressure for sustainable development, is facing a series of new situations, new
problems and new challenges. Therefore, it is necessary in the new circumstances, to
formulate strategic development plan, to work out the directional and overall positioning,
development objectives and the implementation plan for pany's long-term survival
and development during the next period of time, lead the enterprise responding to drastic
changes and challenges in the operating environment and achieve rapid development.
This article focuses on the development of the next five years. First, the opportunities
and challenges to the enterprise in the external environment are obtained, not only
analyzing enterprise external environment in four areas of the politics and law, economic
development, social environment and technological development with theoretical
knowledge of manag
