中文摘要
本文针对目前中等职业学校教育中偏重技能教育而忽视人格教育的现象,从以人
为本的角度出发探讨语文阅读教学如何充分发挥其得天独厚的人格教育功能。本文通
过调查法、文献法等研究方法分析中职生的人格现状及形成原因,指出在阅读教学中
可以通过作品语言、作品人物形象、作品思想感情、作品艺术风格等方式、途径渗透
人格教育。同时还可以通过一系列的阅读实践环节如开展诗歌、散文朗诵活动;开展
演讲、辩论活动;排演课本剧,进行角色扮演;开展读书专题活动等来渗透人格教育,
使静止的文字声情并茂,陶冶情操,同时关注现实,明辨是非、善恶、美丑,促进中
职生健康人格的塑造。

The Research of How to Enhance the Cultivation of the
Healthy Personality of the Vocational School Students
Through Teaching Reading
Abstract
According to the phenomenon which appears currently in vocational school education,
that we put more focus on craftsmanship and skill trainings than building the healthy
personalities of students. This article based on the principle of “people oriented”, aims on
analyzing how to bring the education function of the reading teaching method into play in
order to build students’ healthy personalities.
This article, through diagnoses, literature searching and other methods, analyzed the
current personalities of the vocational school students and the causes that formed these
kinds of personalities. At the same time, in this article, it also pointed out that by guiding
students to understand the languages, the personal characters, the emotions and ideas of the
moral images, the style of arts, which were used in great works, teachers can rate the
idea of building a healthy individual personality into his mind. In addition, more, along
with a series of practical reading activities such as reading poems and verses, speech,
debates, stage play, roll play, theme-reading activities and so on. Through these activities to
make words rich and vivid, cultivate their personality, as well as let them pay more
attention of the reality of this society, distinguish right from wrong, make a clear
