教研组文化建设的路径研究——以江阴实验学校英语教研组为例中文提要
中文提要
随着教育改革的不断深入,人们开始更多地关注如何创办优质的学校。优质
的学校应该具备的基本特征就是学校文化。教研组文化是学校文化的重要一份子,
它的建设状况在学校可持续发展中起着举足轻重的作用。传统的教研组文化在新
课程改革的背景下已与学校的整体性发展不相匹配,在某些方面已不能激发教师
的积极性,无法调动教师参与新课改、推进素质教育,不利于形成团结协作,乐
于学习、善于研究的教研组氛围,因而传统的教研组文化在某些方面已经阻碍了
教师主动成长,也阻碍着教师专业化发展。
本文在研究国内外教研组建设资料的基础上,以江阴高中实验学校英语教研
组为例,探索通过文化路径来加强教研组建设,通过打造教研组精神文化、完善
教研组制度文化、建设教研组物质文化、开展有效的活动等方法,营造良好的教
研组氛围,建设优良的教研组文化,促进教师专业化水平的不断提升。
本课题采用的研究方法是:问卷调查法、行为研究法。

Abstract
With the deepening of the reform of education, people began to pay more attention
to the foundation of being a quality school: The basic characteristics of a quality school
is the school culture. The culture of the teaching group is an important part,. It plays an
important role in the development of the school. The traditional culture of the teaching
group isn’patible under the background of the development of school. It already
arouse the enthusiasm of teachers in some aspects. It can not let teachers participate in
curriculum, promote the quality education, against the cooperation, research. So the
active growing of the teachers can’t be reasonable.
Based on the study of domestic and foreign research, with the teaching group of
Jiangyin Senior High School Experimental School as an example, exploring paths to
strength the construction of research, building spiritual and cultural groups,
consummating institutional cultural research , constructing the material culture,
developing effective activity culture, in order to create a good atmosphere of research,
to construct excellent research culture, to improve the teachers’ professional level of
ascensio
