摘要

在美国共同基金作为开放式证券投资基金不仅规模庞大产
品众多而且已经被证明是促进美国经济增长的主要投资工具而在
我国开放式证券投资基金却刚刚开始起步不仅产品品种少规模
小而且管理模式营销方式以及外部的法律环境都显得很不成熟
本论文正是基于此通过对我国开放式证券投资基金和美国共同基金
进行比较研究包括开放式证券投资基金的发展时间和规模产品创
新营销流动性风险管理费率和法律环境等六个核心方面的内容
并在数据和实证分析的基础上在肯定我国开放式证券投资基金取得
成绩的同时找到我国开放式证券投资基金和美国共同基金的差距所
在借以探寻我国开放式证券投资基金的发展道路发展模式和远景
目标并以此来促进我国开放式证券投资基金的健康快速的发展
本论文的选题主要基于在招商基金管理公司北方基金管理公司
正在筹备中实习时的调研在论文的撰写过程中主要采用比较
和实证的研究方法对比研究开放式证券投资基金的截止时间为
年底

Abstract
As Open fund , Mutual fund is not only massive and
numerous ,but also is a kind of important invested tools in
American . But, Open fund is only beginning in China .In China
Open fund is not only deficient, but also management model\
market fashion and laws conditions are not mature. Based on
these reasons this thesis researches the difference between
Open fund in China and Mutual fund in American, including
development time\scale\product innovating\market\fluidity
risk\management fees rate\laws conditions and so on. With
approving of the achievements of Open fund in China, By
means of these ways this thesis has also explored the
development ways and prospective goal about Open fund in
China.
This thesis is based on investigating at Zhaoshang Fund
Company and Beifang pany. This thesis uses these
researches methods which pared and fact-proved
ways.

一选择美国共同基金作为开放式证券投资基金比较研究对象的依据
共同基金
共同基金在美国主要指开放式证券投资基金根据国内称呼习惯以下各章节除大标题
和法规名称外对开放式证券投资基金简称为开放式基金对封闭式证券投资基
金简称为封闭式基金其名称也只有美国基金才有共同基金的实质就是一种金融中
介投资者通过它将他们的资产聚到一起进行共同投资用更贴切的词汇来讲就是投资者
买共同基金的股份成为共同基金的股东而共同基金反过来投资于多种证券共同基金中
的共同意思就是指它的收入减去它的费用由基金的全体股东共同享有共同基金
