一种高效氧化 3 羟甲基 7β苯乙酰胺 3头孢 4 羧酸
二苯甲基酯的方法

摘要:以 7 氨基头孢烷酸(7 ACA)为原料,经水解、氨基和羧基保护,制得 3 羟甲基 7β苯乙酰胺 3 头孢 4 羧酸
二苯甲酯( Ⅰ) ,产率 48% ;并在乙腈中用 2 碘酰基苯甲酸实现羟基选择性氧化,产物 3 甲酰基 7β苯乙酰胺 3
头孢 4 羧酸二苯甲酯( Ⅱ) ,收率达 94%。
