大学生压力应对人格的内隐词汇观研究

摘要
本研究以特质论和内隐词汇学假设为基础,以本土化的研究为基本方向,以中
国人人格形容词库其形容词量表为基本工具,对中国文化背景中所积累的关于压力
应对人格特点的进行分析,以发现压力应对人格的结构特点。
本研究采用问卷调查法,首先选出与压力应对人格关系紧密相关的词,然后采
用探索性因素分析初步构建大学生压力应对人格的结构,并对该结构进行信、效度
分析,而后采用相关分析和多元回归分析探讨大学生压力应对人格与心理健康的相
互关系,最后对人口学变量进行差异性分析。
对主要取自华中地区高校的 1453 名被试的研究结果表明:
,分别是意志与执行力、
才识与应变、品格与爱心、交往与沟通、情绪控制。
“大学生压力应对人格形容词问卷”具有较好的信效度,可以
作为测量大学生压力应对人格的工具。
;多元回归分析表明,
大学生压力应对人格有明显的预测力。
,学校、独生子女、性别、家庭来源、专业和年
级等人口学变量在总体上或部分因子中存在显著差异。
此研究将为后续理论和实证研究打下基础。本研究得出的压力应对人格的结构
将为今后获得高效度的测量工具,为个体应对压力的方式和策略提供有力支撑,并
为心理咨询和心理健康工作者提供有效的启示。

Abstract
Based on characteristic theory and the assumption of implicit Verbal theories, we
hope to find the structure of characteristics on hardiness. Following the direction of
localization, we employed the Chinese Personality adjectives scale as a basic tool. In this
article, the study put the hardiness characteristics into chinese cultural context, in order to
as profoundly pletely as we could.
This study used questionnaire survey method, Firstly, based on”123 Chinese
Personality adjectives”, the study chose the adjectives which have close relation to
hardiness; Secondly,by using exploratory factor analysis,the study preliminarily obtain
Hardines`structure of undergraduate;After that,we analysed the reliability and the validity
of the structure,then,through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis ,we
explored the relationship of hardiness and mental health ;Finally, the demographic
variables difference had been analysed.
By test 1,453 colleges mainly from the central China ,the results showed that :
