中国传统管理思想和现代企业管理
摘要
人本观、整体观、协和观和经权观是中国传统管理思想的主要特点，在中普遍较低的现状下，建立与中国文化相适应的中国式管理风格是非常必要的。
企业是一个组织，管理者为企业这个组织制定目标并利用组织的有利资源去实现这一目标就是企业管理的根本任务。中国是一个文明大国，拥有着博大精深、源远流长的传统文化，蕴含着丰富的管理思想，探讨中国传统管理思想与现代企业管理是开创具有中国特色企业经营管理的有效途径。本文通过对中国传统管理思想的阐述，分析中国传统思想的特点以及对现代企业管理所产生的影响，对中国传统管理思想与现代企业管理进行探究，从而给现代企业管理提供有益的借鉴。
在21世纪的今天，为了推进企业改革和企业管理现代化，创建具有中国特色的现代管理科学，我们非常有必要用正确的态度和方法对待我国传统的管理思想，研究和了解中国传统管理思想对现代企业管理的良性影响和局限性，以开阔我们的视野，拓展我们的经营思路，寻找出一条适合我国企业的发展之路。

Abstract：
Humanistic view, the overall view, Concorde view and the right view is the main characteristic of Chinese traditional management thinking, the current situation of the enterprise management level is generally low in China, to be adapted with the Chinese culture of the Chinese management style is very necessary.
