盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的效果

［摘要］目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的效果。方法 选取我院2015年2月〜2016年
7月收治的 81 例老年痴呆患者作为研究对象，根据随机综合序贯法分两组。对照组患者
(n=40)采用常规治疗，观察组患者(n=41)在此基础上予以盐酸多奈哌齐治疗，对比两组患 者的治疗效果。结果 治疗前，两组患者的 MMSE 评分、 ADL 评分比较，差异无统计学意义
(P> )。治疗后，观察组的 MMSE评分、ADL评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意 义(),症状均较轻微，对症干预后逐步缓解。结论 盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的疗效
确切，能够有效改善患者的精神状态以及智能水平，预后良好，值得临床推广。
