To establish an excellent work environment and process control system so as to ensure that products
required by customers are manufactured under the best process status and conditions, and in the most
economical and reasonable way.

Applies to management of personnel, environment, methodology, materials, machinery equipment,
inspection and line stop in manufacturing process.(Tin Lead and Green Product)
:
Process control means controlling product quality during manufacturing process. Variables that may
affect product quality are controlled so that product quality is maintained within the required range,
achieving the purpose of passing inspection and lowering costs.
:
Production division: Supervisor and executives of production division are responsible for
management and monitoring. Their job is to ensure that various operations
and process management, including personnel management, environmental
management, methodology management, materials management, equipment
management, inspection management and line stop management, are
implemented according to stipulations.
Production technique division: Responsible for establishing methods of process operation and
analysis and handling of non-conforming products.
Operational personnel: Provide repair and maintenance to machines, fixtures and tools, and
cleaning, tidying and maintenance of work place according to specified
operating instructions.
Quality assurance department: Responsible for process circuit inspection and product quality
control.
Material management department: Responsible for issuing Internal Material Collection Form,
