引言
在水泥生产厂生料生产线立磨上,用于缓冲磨辊在运行过程中产生的径向冲击力的缓冲装置,在缓冲缸部分采用的是弹簧硬性缓冲,由于磨机在运行过程中,磨辊的冲击动作频繁,造成弹簧的使用寿命较低,需要经常维修更换,这些都无疑增加了水泥生产厂家的运营成本。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种气、液联动的软性缓冲装置,可以将立式辊磨机运行时磨辊产生的径向冲击力减少至零,使磨辊精确复位。
