文档介绍:三维超声在胎儿产前超声诊断中意义不大
【摘要】目的通过回顾我院及托管民生医院近2年来同时采用二维及三维超声检查的孕龄介于20—36周1450例孕妇中170例182处畸形,探讨三维超声在胎儿畸形检查的价值。方法对近2年我院及托管民生医院利用依序连续超声检查方法[1],检出的经产后或引产后结果证实的胎儿畸形进行回顾分析, 比较二维超声及三维超声诊断的结果结果差异。%,9处畸形漏诊,三维超声多查出2出畸形,一例由二维超声怀疑得到确诊,而却有9例17处畸形二维超声清晰显示并诊断,但三维超声显示不清而无法做出诊断。结论三维超声对胎儿器官的显示率明显低于二维超声,对胎儿畸形诊断意义不大。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the value of 3-dimensional ultrasound in screening fetus abnormality by reviewing fetus abnormalities in the 20th-36th of the gestational age of 140 gravidae who did prenatal examinations in both our hospital and the deposited Minsheng Hospital. Method: Retrospective analysis of fetus abnormalities which were confirmed after birth or odinopoeia parison of diagnoses results between 2DUS and 3DUS were done simultaneously. Result: Total diagnostic accordance rate of 2DUS was %, and there were 9 deformities were missing. Tow more deformities were found by 3DUS and one of them was doubted by 2DUS firstly. Yet, there were 19 deformitie
s found and definitely diagnosed by 2DUS but not clearly seen by 3DUS. Conclusion: Indication rate of 3DUS was obviously lower than 2DUS in screening fetus abnormality and there was no marked difference when abnormalities were clearly showed.
